Product Description
This product is based on high purity polyolefin resin, adding high quality and efficient flame retardant, crosslinking sensitizer, antioxidant and other processing aids, through mixing, plasticizing, granulation and become, with excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical properties, flame retardant properties, and has a high heat-resistant, and other characteristics. It has excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical properties, flame retardant properties, high heat resistance, etc. It has no precipitation pollution, meets the requirements of Rohs, etc., and is easy to be extruded.

Suitable for the standards of QC/T1037/ISO 6722/JASO D611 etc., 25mm2 and below.

The application of 125°C irradiation cross-linked halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin cable materials in automotive in-vehicle cables is mainly due to its excellent high temperature resistance, oil resistance, low smoke halogen-free flame retardant properties, as well as good mechanical properties and electrical insulation properties.
These properties make the material particularly suitable for high-voltage cables in new energy vehicles, including but not limited to the following applications：
In-vehicle high-voltage cables: used to connect battery packs, inverters, motors and other high-voltage systems to ensure the safety and stable operation of electrical systems.
Charging cables: used to connect charging equipment and vehicles, and need to withstand high currents and high temperatures during charging.
Data and signal transmission cables: transmit data and signals between control systems and sensors inside the vehicle.
Oil-resistant cables: Since new energy vehicles may use various lubricants and coolants, cable materials need to be able to resist the erosion of these chemicals.
High-temperature resistant cables: used in the engine compartment or other high-temperature areas of the vehicle to maintain stable performance in high temperature environments.
Safety and environmental protection: Halogen-free flame retardant properties reduce the risk of fire, while low smoke and non-toxic properties help improve the safety of vehicles and passengers.
Aging and chemical corrosion resistance: Cable materials need to maintain stable performance and not be affected by aging and chemical corrosion when exposed to various environmental conditions for a long time.
Processing performance: Radiation cross-linked polyolefin materials have good processing performance and can produce cables through extrusion molding.
Patented technologies such as the research of the team of Professor Hu Yuan of the University of Science and Technology of China (Chief Scientific Officer of our company) have demonstrated progress in radiation cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant cable materials and their preparation methods for new energy vehicles. The development of these studies and technologies has provided a solid foundation for the application of cable materials for new energy vehicles in my country.
