105℃ MPPE Insulation Compound for Electronic and Electrical Wires is made of modified polyphenylene ether (MPPE) as the base material, combined with plasticizer system, flame retardant system, aging system, etc., and is made by mixing and granulation. It has excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical properties, flame retardant properties, and high heat resistance. It meets the relevant requirements of Rohs and is easy to extrusion.
Product Applications: Applicable to electronic and electrical wires, instrumentation and equipment wires, etc.; heat resistance, flame retardancy, no precipitation, halogen-free, no need for irradiation, meeting the requirements of UL758 and UL1581 for 105℃ MPPE.
