125℃ Radiation XLPO-HFFR For Automotive Wire

This product is made of high-purity polyolefin resin as the base material, adding high-quality and efficient flame retardants, cross-linking sensitizers, antioxidants and other processing aids, and is made by mixing, plasticizing and granulating.

It has excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical properties, flame retardant properties, and high heat resistance.

It has no precipitation pollution, meets Rohs requirements, and is easy to extrude.

Application:

It is suitable for the production of automotive in-vehicle cables of 25mm^2 and below in accordance with QC/T1037/ISO 6722/JASO D611 and other standards.

Notes:

1. After the extruder temperature reaches the set value before starting, it needs to be kept constant for about 0.5 hours.

2. When starting the machine to discharge, the melt temperature should be controlled at about 170-180℃, and the filter selection is recommended to be a 60 mesh + 80 mesh + 60 mesh combination filter.
