This product is based on polymer resin, added with flame retardants, antioxidants and other additives, and is made through mixing, plasticizing and granulation.

It does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, and has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and a wide processing temperature margin.

Notes:

1. Before starting the machine, the extruder temperature needs to be kept constant for about 0.5 hours after reaching the set value. When starting the machine to discharge, the melt temperature should be controlled at about 170-180°C.

2. The recommended filter is a 60 mesh + 80 mesh + 60 mesh combination filter.
