This product is made of polymer resin as the base material, and is added with halogen-free flame retardants, cross-linking agents, antioxidants and other additives through mixed plasticization and granulation. It does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, and has excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and wide processing temperature margin.

Notes:
1. Before starting the machine, the extruder temperature must be kept at a constant temperature for about 0.5 hours after reaching the set value.
2. When starting the machine to discharge, the melt temperature should be controlled at about 180-190°C.
3. The recommended filter selection is a 60 mesh + 80 mesh + 60 mesh combination filter.
