Irradiation Cross-linked HFFR Ship Cable Jakcet Material

This product is made of polymer resin as the base material, with environmentally friendly flame retardants, cross-linking agents, antioxidants and other additives added, and is made by mixing, plasticizing and granulating. It does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, and has excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and wide processing temperature margin.


Product application: It complies with IEC60092-360 standards and is suitable for cable materials for ship cables with oil resistance performance indicators.

Notes:

1. Before starting the machine, the extruder temperature must be kept at a constant temperature for about 0.5 hours after reaching the set value.

2. When starting the machine to discharge, the melt temperature should be controlled at about 150-160°C.

3. The recommended filter selection is a 60mesh + 80mesh + 60mesh combination filter.
