This product is made of polymer resin as the base material, with cross-linking agent, antioxidant and other additives added, and is made by mixing, plasticizing and granulating. It does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, and has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, wide processing temperature margin and other characteristics.
Application: It is suitable for the production of photovoltaic cable insulation materials that meet the waterproof performance indicators in the requirements of EN50618:2014, IEC62930, 2PFG2750 and other standards.

1. After the extruder temperature reaches the set value before starting the machine, it needs to be kept constant for about 0.5 hours.
2. When starting the machine to discharge, the melt temperature should be controlled at about 160-170°C.
