One-step Silane Self-Crosslinking Polyethylene Insulation Material

This product is made of low-density polyethylene as the base material, with cross-linking agents, antioxidants and other additives added, and is made through mixing, plasticizing and granulation. It does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, and has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and a wide temperature margin for processing technology.

Notes:

1. After the extruder temperature reaches the set value before starting the machine, it needs to be kept constant for about 4 hours.

2. When starting the machine to discharge, the melt temperature should be controlled at about 180-200°C.

3. The recommended filter is a 60 mesh + 80 mesh + 60 mesh combination filter.

4. After the wire is formed, it can be cross-linked naturally or in a water bath (steam).
