XL-TPE low-smoke halogen-free radiation cross-linked cable sheath/insulation material preferably uses graded resin, rubber, grafted material and other materials as the base material. Antioxidants, lubricants, flame retardants and other additives are added and mixed and granulated.

Notes:

1. When the storage environment is humid or the surface quality requirements are high, the pellets can be placed in a hot air hopper at 90°C to dry for 1 to 2 hours.

2. The screw should be cleaned before extrusion to ensure the cleanliness of the product. It is recommended to use an 80-mesh or 100-mesh filter.
