HFFR Irradiated XLPE Charging Pile Cable Insulation Material

This product is made of polymer resin as the base material, with halogen-free flame retardants, antioxidants, cross-linking agents and other additives added, and is made by mixing, plasticizing and granulating. It does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, and has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and a wide temperature margin for processing technology.

Notes:
1. Make sure the extruder screw, barrel and die are clean.
2. Before starting the machine, the extruder temperature needs to be kept constant for about 0.5 hours after reaching the set value.
3. When starting the machine to discharge, the melt temperature should be controlled at about 160-170°C.
4. The recommended filter is a 60 mesh + 80 mesh + 60 mesh combination filter.
