Recommended selection of silicone rubber for different wire diameters: Taking UL electronic wires as an example (which need to meet the VW-1 flame-retardant requirement), for wires with a diameter of 0-10AWG, precipitated silicone rubber with a hardness of 60A-80A can be selected. For wires with a diameter of 10-14AWG, PHZCNC70-1 can be selected. For wires with a diameter of 16-26AWG, PHZCNC70-1 can also be selected. Wires with a diameter below 28AWG can only reach the FT2 flame-retardant grade.
