This product greatly improves the problem that smoke density and light transmittance cannot meet the test requirements of conventional halogen-free flame-retardant TPU in cable sheath applications.
1. High and low temperature resistance: Supports finished cable products to pass high and low temperature cycle tests of -50℃~125℃and strict low temperature winding (-50℃) and low temperature impact (-50℃) tests;
2. Excellent wear resistance: Polar material, high cohesive energy, wear resistance is much better than conventional low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin materials (LSZH);
3. High mechanical properties: Tensile strength (≥15Mpa), tear strength (≥40N) and elastic modulus are all much better than traditional low-smoke halogen-free polyolefins (LSZH), more suitable for high-demand cable applications in the military and aerospace fields.
4. Hydrolysis resistance: Support cables to pass 1000/2000Hrs hydrolysis resistance test (85℃/85%RH, 1000/2000Hrs);
5. Matte surface: uniform and delicate matte surface。Low temperature toughness。
Low smoke zero halogen TPU cable material is a new type of environmentally friendly cable material. It does not produce toxic smoke when burning, so it is widely used in places with high safety and environmental protection requirements, such as subways, stations, high-rise buildings, oil platforms, etc.
Weather resistance: It can be used at extreme temperatures and has a wide temperature resistance range.
Softness: It has good softness and is easy to install and wire.
High volume resistivity: It provides better electrical insulation performance.
High voltage resistance: It has higher voltage resistance than general PVC wires.
Tensile strength: It has strong tensile strength, which is greater than general PVC wires.
Low smoke zero halogen: It will not produce toxic black smoke when burning, but only a small amount of white smoke.
Plastic Low smoke zero halogen flame retardant: Temperature resistance level 70℃, 90℃, good mechanical processing performance, suitable for the protective sheath of various cables.
Irradiation cross-linked Low smoke zero halogen special cable material: It is suitable for special places, such as electric locomotives, oil exploration, ships, etc., with good oil resistance and high temperature resistance.
Thermoplastic Low smoke zero halogen flame-retardant oxygen-insulating layer: used for the inner protective sheath of power cables to improve the overall flame-retardant effect of the cables.
Photovoltaic Low smoke zero halogen cable materials: resistant to heat aging, acid and alkali, water, and high temperature, suitable for photovoltaic cables.
