Molded gas-phase silicone cable material is a high-performance cable insulation material. It is produced by a molding process and uses gas-phase silicone as the base material. Gas-phase silicone is a silicone rubber synthesized by the gas phase method. Compared with precipitated silicone, it has a finer particle structure and better physical properties, such as higher transparency, stronger tensile strength and better resistance to compression permanent deformation.
High temperature resistance: Gas-phase silicone cable materials can be used for a long time in high temperature environments, usually with a temperature range of -60℃ to +200℃, or even higher.
