Silane cross-linked LSZH flame-retardant polyolefin cable materials are very convenient to use. They can be quickly cross-linked under warm water boiling conditions, or they can be naturally cross-linked at room temperature without additional UV irradiation treatment, which makes the application of silane cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin cable materials more extensive.
Through the radiation cross-linking process, wires and cables can achieve the effect of UV irradiation LSZH flame retardancy, which is suitable for large-scale production and efficient batch production of thin-wall insulation layers of wires and cables. The flame retardant grade of Angreen's silane cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable materials has passed the IEC60332 single cable vertical combustion test and bundled cable combustion test.
